Your tasks
Being an Allrounder at Habitat Algarve Retreat makes you part of our young and international team. Your main task is to connect with our guests and offer the best possible experience for each one of them. Part of this job is to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere in which each guest can open up, slow down and get comfortable. As an Allrounder of the Retreat, you listen carefully to our guests and meet their needs where possible. It is your duty to make sure that all processes run smoothly from the gastronomy & general organisation side of things to meeting our quality standards in our surfing, yoga & wellbeing classes.
Therefore you ideally have a basic understanding of gastronomy, yoga and surfing, stay in close communication with our coaches and make sure all guests are satisfied and their expectations are met. If they are missing anything, you are the one addressing it to the general manager of the team to make a change. You are in close communication with the general manager and guest relation manager on site to ensure the guest experience is running smoothly on all levels.

We offer basic accommodation with shared rooms in a separate staff house on the same property. That means you will share your room with other staff members. Once again the accommodation is simple and basic but clean. It comes with fans and a shared bathroom.
Enjoy all the meals with our team and the guests. We want you to be free and flexible so you are able to make use of a shared staff car.
We offer a great working environment for Surfers and Yogis. We will support you to do your job but we expect a professional working attitude. That is our way to combine the lifestyle we all want to live and a healthy working attitude for everyone joining the Habitat Algarve.

Über uns
We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community. During our travels, we have always experienced incredible freedom. We offer weekly retreat packages, with all guests arriving on the same day. This rhythm creates a shared journey — allowing the group to grow together, deepen their surf and yoga practice day by day, and truly connect.
What we offer goes far beyond an accommodation. It’s a curated experience designed to nourish body, mind and soul.
