Team Assistant & Customer Care Coordinator

Your tasks

In this role, you will take on tasks in both administration and customer care. Your responsibilities will include – but are not limited to – the following activities:

Handling customer inquiries and supporting our guests across all communication channels
Organizing and supporting daily office and project operations
Proactively contributing to the development of existing projects and the implementation of new ones
Assisting with marketing activities such as blog articles, SEO, research, Social Media and more. Providing general organizational and communicative support to the team

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member with the following profile:

You are currently studying or have recently graduated and are at the beginning of your career.
You are officially registered in Germany
You enjoy speaking on the phone and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
You have a solid understanding of the travel industry, experience or passion for yoga and surfing is not mandatory but a plus.
You are well-organized and able to work independently from home with a high degree of responsibility.
You are a strong team player and enjoy working collaboratively.
You are a quick learner and adaptable across different tasks and areas of work.
You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
You are confident using digital tools (e.g. email platforms, spreadsheets, etc.) and open to learning new ones.
You bring a proactive attitude and enjoy taking initiative and solving problems.

We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community.
